Jason Brooks and Family
Originally from central Florida, my family moved to Mobile Alabama when I was 10 years old. At the age of 16, I was invited to spend the summer working with my uncle in Minnesota. At that time, I did not know the Lord, and was mainly planning on coming to make a few bucks, and visit family. Three short months and I would be back at home, but Jesus had another plan! During those three months, I was exposed to the truth of God’s word, and my life was changed forever. I decided to move to Minnesota at the end of that summer and have been here ever since.
I have been married to the most amazing woman I know since 2004, Cherice Brooks. The Lord has seen fit to bless us with 3 beautiful little girls, and one handsome boy! Starting with our girls, Haylee, our oldest, and Ashlee and Allee, the twins! Yep twins! Last but not least, is our boy Jace. Quite simply, I consider myself to be a very blessed man.
I am a carpenter by trade and a minister by calling. My wife and I are privileged to serve as the Pastor of United Church in Fergus Falls, MN. I have a tremendous amount of confidence in the youth of Minnesota! They have the heart and ability to be used by God to radically change this state for the Kingdom. They are undoubtedly the leaders of tomorrow, yet undeniably a powerful part of the church today!
