The MNYD will be taking a bus to NAYC 2025 in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are excited to be able to offer this to the young people of Minnesota again. Registration is a first come first serve basis. An initial payment of $125 is to be made using the EventBrite link.

The total cost for attending NAYC on the MNYD bus is $475/person. Once you are registered there are no refunds, instead you can reallocate your funds to someone else. If you do not plan on attending and are unable to reallocate your funds to someone else, please reach out to the MNYD.

There will be two installments of $125 after the initial registration, and a final installment of $100. Totaling $475/person

What does this get you?
Transportation to Indiana and back to MN
Lodging at the event
Event pass (does not include afterburners)
Catered lunch during the event

Requirements
Must be 14 years or older
Must have a way to communicate with the chaperones at the event
Have your pastors approval

Payments
Initial registration is through EventBrite
All following payments can be made via check (mailed to Bro. Ben Mason) or online (a processing fee is included in the total)

Installment Dates
January 17th 2025 - $125
March 21st 2025 - $125
May 14th 2025 - $100


Transportation
The MNYD will be leaving from a single bus on July 23rd early in the morning (location TBD)
Returning in the evening of July 26th (will be the same location as departure on the 23rd)

Steps You Take
1. Register using the EventBrite link (guarantees you a spot on the bus)
2. Complete installment payments on time via check or
online 
3. Arrive at designated drop-off/pick-up location (TBD)
4. Have fun!

FAQ
Q. Is it too late to register with the MNYD to attend NAYC?
A. Not at all! You will just need to ensure your balance is zero by May 14th.

Q. Will my student be with other students from Minnesota?
A. Yes! Your students will be roomed with students from our district who also take the bus.
They will also be required to be in groups of 3 or more when walking around.

Q. Will the chaperones be checking in with my teen while they are there?
A. There will be frequent in person check-ins and virtual check-ins via text/phone call with every student
